When planning to return your vehicle, we recommend having a complimentary inspection performed. Simply call Joe Rizza Lincoln about 45 days prior to your expected return date to schedule an appointment. To help you prepare, below is a list of chargeable items as explained in the Wear and Use guide. For full details, refer to your Lease Agreement.

Chargeable Items Include

Body PanelsMore than three scratches longer than 4 inches per panel, dings, dents, or holes.More than 15 paint chips per panel.
GlassRepair charges will apply up to two chips/cracks per panel under 1 inch in diameter (except heated windshields).All other damage will result in replacement charges.
WheelsScratches or gouges greater than 6 inches.
TiresSidewall damage/plugs and exposed cords/belts.Must be appropriate match for the vehicle.
Interior Burn HolesMore than 2 per panel greater than 1/8 inch in diameter.
Internal Cuts and TearsMore than 2 per panel greater than ½ inch.
Interior Permanent StainsMore than 1 ½ inch stain per panel.
MiscellaneousBroken and missing parts, poor-quality repairs, and mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
