Simply call Joe Rizza Lincoln about 45 days prior to your expected return date to schedule an appointment. CHARGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE

Body Panels More than three scratches longer than 4 inches per panel, dings, dents, or holes.More than 15 paint chips per panel.
Glass Repair charges will apply up to two chips/cracks per panel under 1 inch in diameter (except heated windshields).All other damage will result in replacement charges.
Wheels Scratches or gouges greater than 6 inches.
Tires Sidewall damage/plugs and exposed cords/belts.Must be appropriate match for the vehicle.
Interior Burn Holes More than 2 per panel greater than 1/8 inch in diameter.
Internal Cuts and Tears More than 2 per panel greater than ½ inch.
Interior Permanent Stains More than 1 ½ inch stain per panel.
Miscellaneous Broken and missing parts, poor-quality repairs, and mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
